Week of November 20th

In a period of Thanksgiving, when we have plenty and are blessed, we are encouraged to give to those who don’t.

Congratulations to the Star Students of October at JPII!

Mrs. Knight and the Drama Club are in need of the props listed above for their performance at the Christmas Program. If you have something on the list and are willing to let us borrow it for the play, please contact Mrs. Knight or the office! Thank you.

5th Graders working on Papier-mâché in art class.

5th Grade students watched as the 6th Graders extracted DNA from strawberries in the Science Lab. They were really interested in the experiment, so Mrs. Van Brocklin let them have a day in the Science Lab to do the experiment for themselves, too!

Our webstore will be open thru November 24th for you to stock up on your JPII apparel must-haves before Christmas. Click here to check out the apparel website!

We need your help! Please join our campaign to help us reach our goal of $38,500! We need you to tell your friends and family members about the important work we do and ask them to join us in helping to make a difference. This year, we'll be dedicating our #iGiveCatholic campaign towards funding a new roof for the school, as well as new/updated signage if we are able to meet our goal for the roof. Click here to visit the JPII #iGiveCatholic home page for more information.

Advanced Giving started, on November 13th. Visit www.iGiveCatholic.org anytime between today and GivingTuesday on November 28th to make a donation to our academy and any of the other participating parishes, schools, & ministries you choose to support. All online giving will end at 11:59 p.m. on November 28, so make sure to get your gift in on time! Prefer to make your gift by check or cash? No problem! We'll be happy to accept it by mail or in person. We will add it to our #iGiveCatholic totals manually so your gift still counts towards our goal!

If you are not able to help financially or have already given to the school (thank you); could you then please forward this message to your contacts? The post can also be shared from the JPII Facebook page.
