Early Release Tuesday - No AM/PM Busing
Reminder that tomorrow Tuesday, November 2nd is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11.40 after lunch. Public busing will not be available Tuesday as MAPS is closed.
Picture Retake Day
Thursday, November 4th is picture retake day. If you want your child to have a 2nd try please let the office know so we can make a list. Those students having retakes can come non-uniform. Thank you.
First Friday Mass
This Friday students (K-8th) will attend Holy Spirit Church for First Friday Mass.
As a reminder for First Friday Mass, students wear WHITE shirts.
Report cards
Report cards will come home this Friday.
We have changed our student information system (SIS) software system this year from OptionC to FACTS SIS which is also used for the report cards. Some of the processes are still being customized to our needs by the vendor and the report cards are one of those. This means the format will be slightly different from previous years and is temporary. We hope to have all the formatting completed by the next report card period so that they are more user-friendly. We apologize for any confusion and as always with any questions, feel free to call the office.
Parent-Teacher conferences
Parent-teacher conferences are coming up soon. Please use the sign-up link(s) below (select grade) to pick a time next week that works best for your schedule. Most teachers prefer in-person conferences with the option of virtual if parents prefer. Sign up and include your preference.
NOTE: For Pre-K & Kindergarten Readiness there are 2 days of conferences because of the number of students in the classes. All Tuesday conferences will be in-person and Thursday conferences will be virtual so choose your day accordingly.
