    Your Best Lent Ever!

This week’s Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the forty-day period of Lent leading to Easter’s celebration of the victory of Jesus Christ over death and sin in the world. Lent calls each of us to a deeper relationship with Jesus. In so doing, Jesus meets us where we are and leads us to where God calls us to be. Throughout the centuries, Christians commonly observed this time of intentional preparation through prayer, fasting, and giving to the poor. Looking for ideas? Check out Dynamic Catholic’s BEST LENT EVER series for daily prayer reflections sent to your inbox. Understand prayer and giving to the poor, but wondering about fasting? Check out this biblical perspective.

Whatever you decide to do in your family, let’s make this the best Lent ever!

    In Christ,
