Week of December 19th

For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6

  • Christmas program

This week Wednesday we welcome you to join us for our first in-person Christmas program since 2019. The program begins at 1:30PM in our gymnasium and the event will be recorded for later viewing online.

It is interesting to note that early Christian missionary activity in the Upper Peninsula, the founding of the Diocese of Marquette, and the founding of our Catholic school all occurred during the span of the Victorian era which inspires this year’s program selections and theme. Students are reminded to dress up Wednesday in uniform/dress pants and a nice shirt/sweater or dress for girls and instructed to please leave t-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, and high heels at home (students will be on bleachers). Thursday is a free NUT pass day!

  • Principals Note

From our teachers and staff I would like to thank all our parents and guardians for all the support you have provided this year. 2022 was particularly difficulty for our community with the sudden loss of our 2022 graduate, Mr. Jacob Kowalski, as well as the passing of Mrs. Mary Fournier, our long time Music/Piano teacher, among too many others. We continue to pray for the repose of their souls and their families as we prepare to welcome the Holy Family into our hearts and homes this Christmas. 2022 also saw the growth of our student body and the exciting restart of a vibrant Home & School Committee with fun family events that helped to bring us together in ways old and new.

In this grace-filled season of Christmas we pray that each of you seek His presence and, in doing so, experience the peace and joy that can only be found in Christ Jesus our Savior and our Lord.
