Volunteers Needed for Our Most Important Event of the Year!

The Spring Auction is Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy’s biggest fundraiser, providing one-third of our annual operating budget and helping us keep tuition affordable for families in our community.

To make this event a success, we need helping hands—and there’s something for everyone!

 ✅ Help get the barn ready - TODAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 12TH - STARTING AT 10:00 AM      ✅ Distribute flyers around the neighborhood (approximately a 2-block radius of JPII)
 ✅ Help assemble bucket raffle baskets
 ✅ Accept and sort baked goods
 ✅ Set up the event
 ✅ Work the registration or raffle tables
 ✅ Serve food, drinks, or assist with childcare
 ✅ Be an auction cheerleader, photographer, or part of the clean-up crew!

Opportunities are available starting TODAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 12TH AT 10:00 AM, and especially on Auction Day: Friday, May 2nd.

No time to shop? No worries! Just send in cash or a check made out to JPII and—just like last year—we’ll do the shopping for you!

Each class has a fun theme, and your contributions help make these baskets amazing!

️ ️ Friendly Reminder — Raffle tickets must be turned in to the office by Wednesday, April 30th!

✨ For every 10 additional tickets you sell beyond your family obligation, you’ll earn 1 entry into a drawing for a $1,000 tuition credit for the 2025–2026 school year!
