To make this event a success, we need helping hands—and there’s something for everyone!
✅ Help get the barn ready - TODAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 12TH - STARTING AT 10:00 AM ✅ Distribute flyers around the neighborhood (approximately a 2-block radius of JPII)
✅ Help assemble bucket raffle baskets
✅ Accept and sort baked goods
✅ Set up the event
✅ Work the registration or raffle tables
✅ Serve food, drinks, or assist with childcare
✅ Be an auction cheerleader, photographer, or part of the clean-up crew!
Opportunities are available starting TODAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 12TH AT 10:00 AM, and especially on Auction Day: Friday, May 2nd.
